MB Coaching runs beginner cycle courses for people who are interested in getting into cycling. These courses are designed for a wide audience, from people who have never ridden a bicycle before, to those who do ride and may have an event or fitness goal in mind to work towards.
We run a 4 hour skills course and then follow it up with a four-week road and fitness course to bring you up to speed. The next skills course is scheduled to start on the 31st July 2010.
